The week of Valentine’s Day cable went out in downtown Wilmington, where Circa is located. This cut this high end destination restaurant off from anyone trying to make a reservation online or over the phone. The Circa management called Design Interventions to see what could be done. They brainstormed and decided to use the manager’s cell phone number on the website and press to call on the mobile site. Within 10 minutes of the change, the phone started ringing. The restaurant we full on Valentines but more importantly Circa’s customers were not frustrated by their online experience.
