Wondering how to Zoom? Here’s a brief tutorial on how easy it is.

It’s a new world and a lot of us are communicating via Zoom to have our group meetings, our social meetings, our business meetings. A lot of my clients have asked me to share how to Zoom. So that’s what this is. It’s a tutorial on how to Zoom and this one is about how to join a Zoom meeting. First of all you’ll get an email from the Zoom host. It’ll have a link to click on and once you’re there, there will be a button that says “join the meeting”, click on that and there will be an option of which meeting to go to. So you’ll click on that and you’ll come to a screen similar to this. You’ll want to have your audio muted. There’s a little picture of a microphone down there. Go ahead and click on that to mute your audio, so that you’re not distracting to anybody else. The only other really thing that you might need to know, is there’s a chat button right about here. That if you click on that you can chat with anybody else in the meeting directly. Nobody else will see it but the two of you, or the three of you. Whoever you choose. If you chat with everybody then all of the people will hear it. That’s about it. When you’re finished you click on a button called “leave this meeting” and that’s it.
