4 Things you can do to bring customer loyalty back to your brick & mortar

June 15, 2020 Design Interventions No comments yet

You have to be the company that stands out as your customers get back to in-person shopping and eating. They also may have acquired new shopping or dining habits, like ordering online and although they may be craving an in-person experience they were fulfilled virtually.

Here are 4 things you can do to bring customer loyalty back to your brick & mortar:

  1. You cannot communicate too much. Make sure your target shopper knows what you have to offer. Make sure descriptions of your products are so explicit that customers can almost touch and smell them. You’re not only selling your product but convincing them to change behaviors. They need to want it!
  2. Don’t wait! What are you waiting for? If you’re legally allowed to get back at it, do it with gusto! It’s as if you have a new lease on life, as if you’re starting from scratch again. All of the mistakes you made in the past are gone – time to dive in with all of your knowledge and win them back.
  3. Continue to market. Now is the time, more than ever, when you need to keep your customers aware of your offers and your rates. They had a chance to try different means of buying during lock-down, now is the time to create those offers to remember why thy bought from you in the past.
  4. As always – over deliver on customer experience. Pamper those people who come into your store or restaurant. They missed you and want your full-out TLC! They have been craving your customer experience and want those feelings back again.

How Much Does a Marketing Strategy Cost?

June 30, 2026 Design Interventions No comments yet

QUICK ANSWER Strategic marketing advising is priced per month and starts around $2,500 for most small businesses. You get a 90-day strategy roadmap rather than a one-time document, billed monthly. The 90-day window is short enough to adjust and pivot if something needs to change, and your price depends on how much guidance and execution […]

A Real Example: Why Location Pages Work

We recently worked on a local painting company website and added dedicated location pages for three communities they wanted to reach more intentionally: Leland, St. James, and Figure 8 Island. These pages were not created as templated SEO pages with the same copy repeated over and over.

Before you guess at a fix, it helps to know where visitors are getting stuck, because the answer points you to what your site needs. […]
